Notes:
Sure you know Cabs and other Bordeaux varietals are
great for laying down but Mourvedre is also one
of the great aging wines of France. It's a fun
grape for sure... It's much like Zinfandel in that
it can be made into something as rich as a port
and as subtle as a rosé. It does however
have a more tannic edge and more earth and spice
than a Zin.
Our Moo has the nice high acids that say "lay me down"
but damn it tastes good now too! No matter how you
milk it, Moo is gonna please you with it's well balanced
oak, blackberry and wild rice flavors.
